ክብርት አምባሳደር ሙሉ ሰሎሞን ስለ አማካሪ ካውንስሉ አስፈላጊነት ሲገልጹ፣ በጀርመን የሚኖሩ ኢትዮጲያዊያንና ትውልደ ኢትዮጲያዊያን በሚኖሩበት ሀገርና በኢትዮጰያ የሚገባቸውን ጥቅም ማግኘት እንዲችሉ እና ለትውልድ አገራቸውም በልዩ ልዩ መልኩ የድርሻቸውን ማበርከት እንዲችሉ የሚያግዝ ከኤምባሲው ጋር ተቀራርቦ የሚሰራ የዲያስፖራ ጉዳዮች አማካሪ ካውንስል በመሆኑ የዲያስፖራውን ችግርም ይበልጥ ለመረዳትና በጋራ ለመፍታት እንደሚቻልና ይህንኑ መልካም ተግባር ወደ አገር ቤትም ለማሸጋገር እንደሚረዳ ገልፀዋል። ወደፊትም በርካታ በባለሙያ የተደገፈ በአስፈላጊና በወቅታዊ ጉዳዮች ላይ ግንዘቤ ለማግኘት የሚረዳ ምክክር ውይይት ትምህርት እንደሚኖር ገልጸዋል።
