ለዜጎች በአገር ቤት የሚሰጠው የወሳኝ ኹነት አገልግሎት ማለትም እንደ ጋብቻ፣ ፍቺ፣ የልደት ሰርተፍኬት የመሳሰሉትን አገልግሎቶች በውጭ አገር ለሚኖሩ ኢትዮጵያዊያን ተደራሽ ለማድረግ እንዲቻል ዜጎች በሚኖሩበት አገር ሆነው በኢ.ፌ.ዲ.ሪ ሚሲዮኖች በኩል እንዲሰጥ ሁኔታዎች ተመቻችተዋል።
በዚሁ መሰረት በርሊን የሚገኘው የኢትዮጵያ ኤምባሲ ጀርመንን ጨምሮ ሚሲዮኑ በሚሸፍናቸው አገራት በፖላንድ፣ ስሎቫክ ሪፐብሊክ፣ በቼክ ሪፐብሊክ እንዲሁም በዩክሬን ለሚገኙ ኢትዮጵያዊያን ከላይ የተጠቀሱትን አገልግሎቶች መስጠት መጀመሩን ይገልጻል። በአጠቃላይ በሚሲዮኑ የወሳኝ ኹነት አገልግሎቶችን ጨምሮ ሌሎች መረጃዎች፣ አገለግሎት ለማግኘት መሟላት ያለባቸው ቅድመ ሁኔታዎች ከኤምባሲው ድረገጽ ማግኘት ይቻላል።
