Diaspora information
The Embassy wishes to inform Ethiopian nationals and persons of Ethiopian origin who have resided abroad for more than one year and are returning to Ethiopia for permanent residence that they may be eligible for a special import privilege for their personal and household effects, including an electric automobile for personal use.
Applicants seeking this privilege must fulfil the following requirements:
- Proof of residence in a foreign country for a period of more than one year must be submitted by the applicant
- Applicants must submit proof of their permanent departure from a foreign country, such as an employment termination letter, an Abmeldung (residence deregistration certificate), a certificate or letter from the academic institution confirming the completion of your academic studies, or other equivalent supporting documents.
- A copy of a valid Ethiopian passport or an Ethiopian Origin ID card (Yellow Card)
- Applicants must complete and submit the application Form (Click here to download the FORM)

- Please submit a self-addressed, stamped envelope to facilitate the return of the supporting letter
ስለ ሕዳሴው ግድብ ቦንድ ግዥ መረጃዎች
የታላቁ ሕዳሴ ግድብ የሚያስፈልገውን ከፍተኛ የፋይናንስ ሃብት ከሀገሪቱ ተወላጆች በማሰባሰብ ፕሮጀክቱን ዕውን ለማድረግ እንዲቻል የቀረበ የቦንድ ኩፖን ነው
- ቦንድ ለመግዛት የሚያስፈልጉ መስፈርቶች፤
- ኢትዮጵያዊ ወይም ትውልደ ኢትዮጵያዊ መሆን፣
- የአባይ ተፋሰስ የጎረቤት አገራት ዜጎች መግዛት ይችላሉ
- የሕዳሴ ቦንድ እድሜያቸው ከ18 ዓመት በታች ለሆኑ ልጆች በወላጆቻቸው አማካኝነት ቦንድ መግዛት ይቻላል
2. የሕዳሴ ቦንድ ዋና ባህሪያት
- ቦንዱ ወለድ የሚከፈልበት ሲሆን በገዥው ፍላጎት ከወለድ ነጻ መግዛት ይቻላል
- ቦንድ ከተገዛበት ዕለት ጀምሮ ወለድ ይታሰባል
- ወለድ የሚታሰበው በየስድስት (6) ወራቱ ሲሆን፣ ከገቢ ግብር ነጻ ነው
- ከወለድ የሚገኘውን ገንዘብ ሌላ ተጨማሪ ቦንድ ለመግዛት ወይም በውጭ ምንዛሬ/በብር የባንክ ሂሳብ ክፍቶ ገቢ ማድረግ ወይም ሌሎች ለልዩ ልዩ ክፍያዎች ማዋል ይችላል
- ቦንዱን በማስያዝ ከሀገር ውስጥ ባንኮች ብድር መውሰድ ይቻላል
- የሕዳሴው ቦንድን ለሁለተኛ ሰው ማስተላለፍ ይቻላል
- ቦንዱ የመንግስት ሙሉ ዋስትና ያለው በመሆኑ 100% አስተማማኝ ነው
3. የወለድ መጠን የሚታሰበው
- 5 ዓመት የክፍያ ጊዜ ላለው………………………………………………………….. SOFR + 1.125%
- ከ6-7 ዓመት የክፍያ ጊዜ ላላቸው………………………………………………… SOFR + 1.5%
- ከ8-10 ዓመት የክፍያ ጊዜ ላላቸው………………………………………………… SOFR + 2%

4. የቦንዱ ዋጋ እና የክፍያ ጊዜ
- ዝቅተኛ የቦንድ ዋጋ 50 ዩሮ ሆኖ ባለ 100፣ 300፣ 500፣ 1000፣ 3000፣ 5000 እና 10000 ዩሮ የቦንድ ኩፖኖች ለሽያጭ ቀርበዋል
- ዝቅተኛ የክፍያ ጊዜ 5 ዓመት ሲሆን ከፍተኛው ደግሞ 10 ዓመት ነው
5. የህዳሴ ቦንድ የዋና ገንዘብ ክፍያ ሁኔታ
- የቦንዱ ጊዜ ገደብ ሲጠናቀቅ ዋናውን ተመላሽ ገንዘብ ከነወለዱ በውጭ ምንዛሬ መውሰድ፣ በሀገር ውስጥ በተከፈተ የውጭ ምንዛሬ/የብር ሂሳብ ገቢ ማድረግ፣ ሌላ ተጨማሪ ቦንድ ለመግዛት ወይም ከውጭ ለሚገቡ እቃዎች ክፍያ ለመጠቀም ይቻላል
- የቦንዱ ሰርተፊኬት ቢሰረቅ ወይም ቢጠፋ አስፈላጊ ሰነዶችን አቅርቦ በምትኩ ማስረጃ መውሰድ ይቻላል
- ቦንዱ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል ቢበላሽ ለኤምባሲው በማሳወቅና የተበላሸውን በመመለስ ሌላ ማስረጃ ይሰራለታል
6. ተጨማሪ መረጃ
- ቦንድ ለመግዛት በኢ.ፌ.ዲ.ሪ. ኤምባሲ በርሊን በአካል በመቅረብ ወይም ካሉበት ቦታ ሆነው ከታች በተጠቀሰው የባንክ ሂሳብ በማስገባት መረጃውን በmfa.gov.et በመላክና በስልክ +49 30 77206 143 በመደወል ያሳውቁን። የቦንድ ኩፖኑን አዘጋጅተን የምንልክልዎ ይሆናል።
